It looks like Derby Couny are not waiting to replace Will Hughes who left the rams to join premiership side Watford . Reports are coming in that Derby County have now signed Stoke Midfielder Glenn Whelan for £1m the 33 year old. He has been linked with the rams for the past two weeks now .
