Former Derby County midfielder John Eustace believes that Derby county will be playing in the Premier League "in a year or two".
The former Derby County Player who played 62 games for the rams in 2015 before he was made to retire because of injury, took part in a interview with BBC Radio Derby ,when he was asked about Derby Countt he had the following to say :
"It's a fantastic club",
"I'm sure they'll be back in the Premier League in a year or two, they're under a good manager who'll send them in the right direction and I'm sure they'll be in they'll be in the Premier League soon."
During his time at the club, Eustace quickly became a fan favourite with the Pride Park faithful, heightened when he scored the only goal in a 1-0 win over Queens Park Rangers in 2014
Eustace told RamsTV: "The two years I had at Derby were fantastic and I loved every minute of it.

"The way it ended was a shame, but I certainly wouldn't change anything over those two years and I'm very grateful to the fans who supported me.
"It's an unbelievable club and hopefully they can get into the Premier League this season."
Eustace is currently manager of National League North side Kidderminster, who host Derby in a pre-season friendly tonight at Aggborough.
