Derby County manager Gary Rowett took part in a interview with RamTV after his team beat Kidderminster 4-0 last night . He explained why Craig Forsyth played at centre back and not in his usual left-back role on Tuesday night.
For the first half of last night match we sew Forsyth and Richard Keogh at the heart of Derby County's defence And Marcus Olsson filled the left-back role ..
Remember Forsyth is still working his way back after a serious knee injury suffered playing against Aston Villa in August sidelined him for virtually all of last season and it took him a long time to rehab and a lot of work to get to where he is today .
Rowett told RamTV
"We played Craig at centre half just to make it a little bit easier for him in his first game back and as we saw he is a top quality player."
