Former Derby county player Tom Ince agreed to waive a personal 12.5% sell-on fee in order to leave Derby County and move to the Premier League with Huddersfield Town. This just shows that he wanted to leave the rams and was more than happy to do everything in his power .
To add more to this story The sell-on fee was in his Derby county contract when he signed .
Tom Ince joined newly-promoted Huddersfield this week for an undisclosed fee believed to be £8m rising to £11.3m with add-ons.
He has signed a three-year contract with the Terriers. The deal runs to the summer of 2020 with the option of a further year.
It looks like the transfer will be Derby county's most expensive sale beating the £10m-plus that took midfielder Jeff Hendrick to Burnley last summer.

As good a player as he is, I can't help but think Good Riddance. Never going to be a team player - far too fond of himself and the cause of considerable unrest in the dressing room according to some accounts. When you look at his career so far, I'm not sure he has ever unpacked his suitcase! He seems to be on a tour of the North of England. I wasn't fond of the influence his father Paul seemed to have either.
Maybe a few stories will appear soon. I'm sure that they won't cast the Inces in a good light.

Spot on Martin. You would think somebody would have unlocked all that incredible potential by now. Promises lots, and on his day he can lift you off your seat. But too often looks disinterested
