Just a quick note and a really nice fact to point out about this amazing player . In September 2007 after the murder of Rhys Jones, an 11-year-old Everton fan shot dead in Croxteth, Stubbs delivered a reading at his funeral to a packed Liverpool Cathedral including members of Everton and Liverpool.
That must of took a lot of guts to do ..
With all that said here we go number #7
Name : Alan Stubbs
Date of birth: 6 October 1971 age: 45 Place of birth: Kirkby, Lancashire, England Height: 6 ft 2 in Playing position: Centre-back
Alan Stubbs was at Everton from 2006–2008 before he joined the rams on a free on the 31st January in the transfer window. Alan Stubbs signed a 18-month deal with the rams .
Anyone who remember derby county's last run in the Premiership . The rams only got 11 points what ended their 2008-2009 campaign with the lowest point in the history of the premiership.
This means that Alan Stubbs waa involved in the campaign. On Augusts the 20th 2008, just after the start of Derby's 2008–09 Football League Championship campaign, it was announced that a recurring knee injury had forced him to retire from playing football.
in August 2008. Alan worked as a coach for Everton, and started his management career with Hibernian in 2014. He then had a brief tenure at Rotherham United in 2016.
